Shipping Policy

Altolia is Committed To Deliver Your Order Accurately and On-Time!

Altolia.com provides shipment of its products to pan India on all days, except Sunday and National Holidays. Orders placed at Altolia are shipped within 24 hours or as per the location of the shipment to be delivered.

The Shipping Charges

FREE shipping is available in all over India. For specific locations that requires our extra resources, additional shipping charges could be levied that will be borne by the customer. The shipping charges, if levied/paid, are not included in the refund, in case of return or cancellation of the product or the purchase order. At any point, the shipment rates/charges can be revised by Altolia without any prior intimation. However, the new rates will be seen on the product page as well as during the checkout.

Estimated Delivery

The delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days in areas and locations serviced by reputed couriers or delivery agents. (Excluding Sundays and other holidays). For other distant/specific locations/areas, the shippment of products may take more than 3 to 4 days.

Additional Charges (Sales tax, Octroi, etc.)

While placing an order, you will be given the final price during check out and it will be all inclusive without the need to pay anything extra. There will be no HIDDEN COST.

International Shipping

At present, Altolia does not deliver to locations outside India.

Shipment Tracking

Soon after your order is moved out for delivery, a shipping confirmation with the name of the courier company and AWB/tracking number will be sent to the registered email address you provided at the time of order. Users are requested to check their junk/spam folder also, if they don't receive a confirmation email from us within 24hrs of placing an order.

Also, online tracking of your order may not appear online for up to another 24 hours. In some cases, we request you to please wait until your delivery package is scanned by the courier company. **Please track your shipment as Altolia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Non-availability on Delivery

Our delivery agents/partners will try to bring the package two to three times to you for delivery before returning back the order to our warehouse. Thus, to overcome this, we request you to please provide your mobile number to include in the delivery address to ensure faster and on-time delivery.

Note- At any point of receiving the delivery, if the user find the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or drop an email at sales@altolia.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure the accurate delivery is made to you at the earliest.

**Users are also notified to bear strict actions in case of the unauthorized reselling and distribution of any of the Altolia products. Any kind of reproduction or copying of our product designs or website content is prohibited. Every product shipped by Altolia.com as per Indian Tax Regulations.
