At Altolia, we provide 7 days return policy for items purchased with us.

For Easy Returns

  • Please note that the item(s) purchased with us should be unused with packaging wraps and all the original tags and labels intact including all parts and freebies with the copy of original invoice.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it, as this will help us to maintain the product quality.
  • The process of refund will begin as soon as we receive the item(s) in our warehouse and after completing all the quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except for the issue described by you.

Returns on Offers

  • If any or all items that were initially part of an order and placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be valid on the order. The advantage of the coupon/offer will also not be counted in the amount of refund. If the item(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the items related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as combo offer.
  • If by any chance, there is a concern or you are unhappy with the item(s) you purchased, don't worry! Returns are free*. All that you need to do is simply email us your concern or make a call and talk to our representative about the item(s) you would like to return. Next, we are going to take care of the rest!

Refund of Shipping Charges

  • To return the item(s), you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. We will compensate the return shipping charges up to 10% of the product price.

Logistics Details

  • To confirm that we can recognize and track the item(s) returned by you, please do update us with the name of the courier company along with the tracking number/AWB number/Docket number. Kindly take a note that we would not be able to move ahead with the refund process, until we receive these details sent to us via email or informed to a representative through a call.

Processing Time for Refund

  • We would refund the entire amount paid by you for the item and the money will be directly credited to your account within 8-10 business days of reaching the warehouse.

  • Products purchased will only be returned in case of any manufacturing defect. If by chance there is any issue or you find any defect with the product you ordered, get in touch with us and we will take care of it end-to-end.
  • Altolia is not responsible for any medical discomfort caused to your feet while wearing our shoes. We do not accept returns or exchange of shoes/insoles in such cases.
